When it comes to the consensus about plastic surgery, it tends to get negative. The procedure is often affiliated with words like “fake.” Although plastic surgery has served as a life-changing procedure for many victims to improve their life quality, more people spend more on cosmetic procedures because they’re not satisfied with something.
These celebrities, however, don’t see how plastic surgery is something to be ashamed of. While primarily done in moderation, they are vocal about body autonomy, which includes getting a procedure that you can reasonably afford.

The mom and ‘HGTV’ star shared she got a tummy tuck, liposuction, and breast implants because she wasn’t “happy” with her body.
Morgan went through a face and neck lift after filming for ‘Bravo’ season 12. They were subtle, though.
Fashion designer Marc Jacobs got a facelift just a few months ago in July and is always open about the procedures he goes through. He doesn’t think there’s anything special about it – he shares with Vogue, “I don’t even see it as an effort to be transparent. I’m doing what I normally do, which is I’m living my life and sharing it with anybody who is interested.”
Simpson has had two tummy tuck surgeries by 2015 to remove stretch marks and loose skin after her pregnancies. She admitted that she felt “ashamed” and wouldn’t show her midriff to her husband, Eric.
Khloe admitted that she’s gone through multiple surgeries and several injections in the reunion episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. One nose job, injections, but not Botox.
Cassie has had several injections in the past, although the ‘Bachelor’ alum claims to prefer keeping it “as natural as possible.” But she lives by the motto to “do whatever you want to do.”

People didn’t expect Jessie to go for breast augmentation this year after she was “done having babies.” A few years ago, she actually went through breast reduction, but she wanted them “big and perky” again.
The model went on Instagram very recently in September about the newest procedure she went through. The mom-of-two shares she had buccal fat removal and pointed to her cheek with a “No shame” caption on her post.
The actress from ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ had breast implants but revealed that she had to remove them back in June due to “autoimmune issues.” The surgery went well, and she focused on recovery during the next month.
Catania puts the emphasis on “what I wanted” when opening up about her plastic surgery ‘Getting Real with the Housewives’ podcast. Her boyfriend was “so mad” about it. She’s had a facelift, liposuction, breast augmentation, tummy tuck surgery, and a Brazilian butt lift.
Leah shared that she’s had a breast augmentation as well as a lift on top of rhinoplasty and septoplasty last year. Sharing about the nose job, she wrote on Instagram, “I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long, and now I can also breathe, which is great.”
Giudice shares that she got another breast augmentation almost 12 years after her first one back in 2020. She felt nervous about her second procedure but was happy about the results.

Lima was reported to have spent $72,000 on beauty procedures to change her appearance. She got her weight down, but it wasn’t enough. She shared, “I lose weight. I did butt to make it bigger. I did botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin.”
Ashley removed her implants with breast augmentation, which she did to boost her confidence. But she suspected the implant may have been a cause of several minor issues she faced; she got them removed.
